Cathy Gill is the Director of Litigation at Goodwin Procter. In this role, she oversees all administrative and legal service operations of the Litigation Department and is involved in the strategic planning and management of the group’s financial performance. Ms. Gill is responsible for practice management, staffing and professional development, and paralegal management. She is also involved in the firm’s business development, knowledge management, legal recruiting and employee integration initiatives. Previously, Ms. Gill was the general counsel of a software company and senior counsel at a multi-billion dollar defense company. She began her legal career as an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Real Estate Practice. Ms. Gill earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.A. (summa cum laude) from Colby College.
