To further enhance our staffing system, we developed iStaff, an award-winning, proprietary web-based tool that enables managers to view your current workload, pending assignments, and your professional interests. With this tool, you can request a specific type of case or legal matter, or a particular partner you’d like to work with. Our managers then match your interests with upcoming projects.
